Due to the nature of research-use-only products, all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or improper handling after delivery.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Product received is incorrect
- Product is damaged upon arrival
- Product is missing from the order
